Moira Hamilton is a documentary editor and Emmy-nominated producer based in Los Angeles. She spent 2025 cutting the feature vérité documentary Kick, which follows the American 1500m runner and trans activist Nikki Hiltz’s bid for a spot on the U.S. Olympic team. At Tremolo Productions she made her feature editorial debut cutting Luna Luna, exploring the revival of the world’s first art-amusement park.
Before pivoting back to editing, Moira produced documentary projects including What’s Next? The Future with Bill Gates (Netflix, 2024 Emmy nominated), The Loyola Project (Paramount Plus), and USC Shoah Foundation’s “The Last Chance Collection,” where she led the documentation of over 50 Holocaust survivors’ life histories.
When she’s not making movies, she likes to paint, scour facebook marketplace for vintage finds, yap about interior lighting, and walk her dog Oliver around LA.
